不见到你的面就不会散场，说的是约定再次相见的时候不会悔约的坚定的感觉。现在的很多电视节目也会用在结束的时候。

Literally it means the party won't be over until we see each other, or basically "I won't leave until I see you there". So it's a way of saying that you're determined to meet with and won't bail on each other.
